Five graduates of UW-Madison’s School of Journalism and Mass Communication program set out on their greatest project yet in summer 2011: eating at Madison’s 48 food carts. The journey continues into 2015. We will be posting our pictures and reviews of every cart we dine at and rating them on a scale of 1 to 5 plates. Join us on our tasty voyage!

Warning
We ARE NOT professional food critics. We’re barely amateur food critics. These reviews are purely our opinions. We are not paid for our write-ups. Our ratings may be biased and on the high side because we love food. All photographs are our own property unless otherwise noted.
Hey Streeteaters this is my second comment of the night. If any of you Mass Communication majors are interested in the fabulous world of advertising and want to bend my ear I’m always available. I worked in L.A, Denver Chicago and in our mad town at the Hiebing group for almost 30 years.

Thanks John! We appreciate the connection!
Could you please give me some information on the “I’m here food cart” around Library Mall featuring Vietnamese cuisine and cold drinks. Thank you.
Hmm haven’t seen that one! I may have spied it at Isthmus A La Carts. I’ll update the page if I find anything on them.
